Online shop «Arbuzov Studio», located in the domain www.arbuzov-studio.ru, individual entrepreneur Arbuzov I.A., registered office Tambov region, Morshansk city, 35 Dachnaya street, represented by the Individual entrepreneur Arbuzov Ilya Aleksandrovich, acting on the grounds of Certificate of Primary State Registration Number of Individual Entrepreneurship 314680933100010, hereafter referred to as «Seller», hereby publishes the Public Offer to sell his Goods online.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. Public offer (hereafter – «Offer») – public offer of the Seller, addressed to an unidentifiable number of people, to sign a sale and purchase contract with the Seller online (hereafter - «Contract») on conditions specified in this Offer, including all Appendices.
1.2. Ordering Goods from the website of the Online shop – items chosen by the Buyer from the range of provided Goods, offered for sale, when the order to purchase Goods was placed on the Online shop or through the Operator.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
2.1. By ordering Goods, placed on the website of the Online shop, the Buyer agrees to all the conditions of the present Offer.
2.2. Website administration of the Online shop has the right to make changes to this Offer without notification of the Buyer.
2.3. The duration of the Offer is not limited, unless specified otherwise on the website of the Online shop.
2.4. The Seller provides the Buyer with the complete and valid information regarding the Goods, including information on basic properties of the Goods, place of manufacture, as well as information on warranty period and expiration date of the Goods, on the website of the Online shop, on page section name.
3. PRICE OF GOODS
3.1. The Price for every item of Goods is given on the website of the Online shop.
3.2. The Seller has the right to change unilaterally the price for any item of Goods.
3.3. In cases when price of the ordered Goods is changed the Seller is obliged within 5 days period to inform the Buyer about the change in Goods price.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order to purchase the Goods, if the price was changed by the Seller after the Order has been made.
3.5. The Seller cannot change the price of Goods that has already been paid by the Buyer.
3.6. The Seller shows the price of Goods delivery either on the website of the Online shop or the Operator informs the Buyer during the process of making the Order.
3.7. Liabilities of the Buyer on purchasing the Goods are considered fulfilled from the moment the money is received by the Seller.
3.8. Payment operations for the Goods between the Seller and the Buyer are conducted by means, specified on the website of the Online shop, on page section name
4. MAKING AN ORDER
4.1. The Goods are ordered by the Buyer through the Operator via telephone +7(920) 231-52-88 or through the website of the Online shop http://arbuzov-studio.ru.
4.2. For registration on the website of the Online shop the Buyer agrees to provide the following personal information:
4.2.1. surname, first name, patronymic name of the Buyer or other specified person (recipient);
4.2.2. address for the delivery of Goods (if the delivery is set to the address of the Buyer);
4.2.3. email address;
4.2.4. contact number.
4.3. Name, quantity, number of items, product number, price of the Goods chosen by the Buyer are specified in the Buyer’s shopping cart page on the website of the Online shop.
4.4. If the Seller requires additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer. If the required information is not provided by the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the Goods chosen by the Buyer.
4.5. When making an Order via the Operator (article 4.1 of this Offer), the Buyer agrees to provide information listed in the article 4.2 of the present Offer.
4.6. The Buyer agrees to the conditions of the present Offer, when he enters his personal data in the registration form on the website of the Online shop or makes an Order via the Operator. Once the Operator files the Order from the Buyer, the latter’s data is registered in the database of the Seller. When the Order for the chosen Goods is confirmed, the Buyer provides the required information to the Operator according to the procedure specified in the article 4.2 of the present Offer.
4.7. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the amount and validity of information, which was provided by the Buyer while making the Order.
4.8. The Buyer is held responsible for the validity of provided information when making the Order.
4.9. The contract between the Seller and the Buyer for online sale and purchase is considered signed from the moment the Seller provides the Buyer with a receipt or any other bill document that verifies the payment for the Goods.
5. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS TO THE BUYER
5.1. The Seller provides services to deliver the Goods to the Buyer with one of the possible variants listed on the Online shop website.
5.2. If the Contract of sale and purchase was conducted online (hereafter – Contract) with the condition to deliver the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller within the period of time specified in the Contract must deliver the Goods to the place specified by the Buyer, and if the place of Goods delivery was not specified by the Buyer, then to the place of the latter’s residency or registration.
5.3. The place of Goods delivery is specified by the Buyer when making an Order for the purchase of the Goods.
5.4. Time for delivery of the Goods to the Buyer is composed of the time needed for processing of the order and shipment time.
5.5. The delivered Goods will be given to the Buyer, and if the Buyer is absent– to any person who provides the receipt or other document that verifies execution of the Contract or ordering delivery of the Goods.
5.6. When the Goods are delivered and given to the Buyer, the latter must be notified in written form of the information, provided in the Appendix № number to the Contract.
5.7. Information regarding the Goods is provided to the Buyer in the form of technical documentation, supplied with the Goods, labels, marks or any other means accepted for the certain types of goods.
5.8. Information on mandatory certification of the Goods is provided by means and procedures that are in compliance with the laws on technical regulation of the Russian Federation and include information of the certification document, its expiration date and name of the organization that issued this document.
